- Planning and Development: Continue refining the university's mission, vision, and strategic plan, building on existing efforts by the Sakyamuni University.
- Fundraising: Launch targeted fundraising campaigns to support university establishment, including donations and sponsorships.


2026:


- Accreditation Process: Begin exploring accreditation options and submitting applications to relevant accrediting agencies.
- Faculty Recruitment: Identify and recruit faculty members who share the university's vision and values.


2027:


- Curriculum Development: Develop and refine academic programs, incorporating Buddhist philosophy and modern academic inquiry.
- Infrastructure Development: Plan and initiate construction or renovation of facilities to support academic and community activities.


2028:


- Student Recruitment: Launch student recruitment efforts, promoting the university's unique approach to education.
